I am having a pregnancy scare, please answer ASAP, below are the details to my scare.?

Okay. I have been a bit worried in the back of my head and decided to ask my question specifically rather than just reading previous forums.
I had intercourse with my boyfriend 10 days after I ended my period, I have been on birth control for 4 months but miss one once in a while, I think I had missed one and was a few hours off on another one during those 10 days. While having intercourse our condom broke however in his words, "I haven't even orgasmed, and I did not ejaculate." He also claims that men know when they are going to pre-ejaculate and he did not reach that point either. He told me I should not work and not to waste my money on plan b, so I didn't. I am supposed to get my period tomorrow or the next day and have been taking my birth control regularly, however I am still very worried and feel as though I am not going to get my period. What are you're opinions on this? Should I still be worried? Also does anyone know the statistic on how often pre-ejaculation fluid actually gets a woman pregnant?

Also- please do not comment if you are going to be rude and tell me I was not being careful or not to have sex and I won't have this problem. I am fully aware of my actions and take the precautions needed, however things do not always go as smoothly as planned.
also- can I take a test now even though I haven't technically missed my period? I'm officially on my fourth week of pills and should have my period within two days if I am not pregnant, hopefully.

Ok number 1. you probably aren't pregnant, if he didn't ejaculate and was only in you for a matter of minutes..
(I had unprotected sex with my partner for about a year and a half before ever getting pregnant)
2. Guys can't tell when they are going to precum!
